By accessing or using Uttero ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Uttero provides a voice channel platform that enables real-time audio communication between users and AI agents. The Service includes the Uttero web application, API, CLI tools, and associated integrations.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must authenticate via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Transmit harmful, abusive, or objectionable content through voice calls
- Use the Service to build a competing product or service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse API rate limits
5. Voice Data
Audio transmitted through the Service is processed in real-time and is not permanently stored. You acknowledge that voice data is transmitted to third-party AI providers for processing. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Uttero. You retain ownership of any content you transmit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party providers including AI model providers, cloud infrastructure services, and authentication providers. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and policies.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uttero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking OAuth access through your Google Account settings.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
